Oh man, what a beauty. I love the front of the suzuki's with the black headlight frames. There's no way that those'll fit on a 2000 Hijet, right?

Re: exhijet now suzuki carry project
thanx i love it to
i searched specificly for one with these headlights.
its got a suzuki 0.8 f8a engine with 37hp topspeed 115kmh
there are lots of options with other suzuki engines to swap
modelname from mine= SK408 and is called a carry
after that came the supercarry what was SK410 with the F10a 1.0 44hp engine
most parts are verry cheap and easy to come by.
wheels are 4x114,3 so some options there
i must admit it looks better in pictures
it has some rust around the back wheel arches an some dents left and right.
i am thinking about repainting it completly after fixing the rust.
matt white i think its going to be

Although I haven't seen a Carry in detail, I think you won't be able to fit those on a Hijet. I place some round headlights from a VW golf (first type) on my Hijet from 2002 and you need your friend 'the hammer' to make them fit There is just not enough height. So if you really want round head lights (like me) then it really costs a lot of work!
Sorry for the bad quality!

Re: exhijet now suzuki carry project
Hey Scotia,
Your carry looks very nice!! Can't wait to see more updates of your progress and also can't wait to see it driving around in my neighborhood
About the wheel size, (4x114,3)
You still don't have a lot of choice with this size. But at least it is much better then 4x110!!
I tried to find some nice rims for my Nissan Cherry (also 4x114,3) but found it not easy. I was looking for a bit retro look. Not the new modern stuff. I don't know what style you want?
I did found some 15" rims though, they were from an Nissan Silvia (1985)

Ohw man, those rims look awsome!! I saw these underneath a Cherry once as well. Where did you find them? Probably not local? If you decide that you want something else in the future, then you've got a buyer right here

Re: exhijet now suzuki carry project
i bought the carry without an mot..it was expired 6 months ago.
so it was a bitt of a gamble buying it
i testdrove it before i bought it and it seemed fine to me.
runs great.. only has rust on the arches left and right but for a 1986 van it looked in realy good condition.
i took it to my mechanic and told him to check the van and if he could he should give it a new mot.
he called me yesterday.. it past the first time without any repairs and my mechanic said it was in good shape except for the cosmetic rust

thanx no i am going to pick them up saturday.
it will be a 5 hour long drive.. belgium and back..
but fuck it..if you want something you have to get it.
i ordered some loweringblocks for the backside from the uk for it yesterday.
they will be here in a week
i am combining them with makitacoilovers in the front.

Re: exhijet now suzuki carry project
Very nice, just done a similar thing, 5hr drive down to Southampton and a ferry across to Isle of Wight to see my friend Woodie to check he's not over doing it and to pick up some wheels while I'm down here. The roads down here are more definately suites to a Hijet!
