Re: exhijet now suzuki carry project
the litle hijet has performed good now for a couple of days.
it turned out that you could use a regular cilinderhead from a g200 1.3 16v charade.
the lower part of the engine didnt fit the gearbox.
i replaced the
-head gasket
-timingbelt+rol and other belt
-spark plugs
-valve cover gasket
-oilfilter
i also bought an exhaust that i am going to modify to fit the hijet.
the original silencer and spare wheel and batterybox have got to go.
i am also looking at widining my original wheels to about 8j
to look a bit like these
i think that + lowering it and some jdm style arches wil make it look pretty sweet
thats all for now
greetings from the netherlands

Love the work you're doing. What did you use as a replacement for the front suspension? Any chance of any pictures?

Re: exhijet now suzuki carry project
thanx, i used shorter springs from a different car
i dont know what car .. it came out of the springs collection from a friend of mine.
cutting the springs would have the same result.
the comfort is gone now but who cares
and i have to switch them for the MOT-test because this is not allowed.
but it looks sooo much better now so its worth it to me

Re: exhijet now suzuki carry project
thanx guys
i used the same cheap spraycans for the wheels as for the roof.
spraying the wheels and roof cost me about 10 euros and 1 day work
