I've always fancied doing that as a seasonal job, I plan to retire as a piste basher driver.

Make sure you tell the boys to keep the path up to the cairngorms well gritted for me Wink

They'd have a right shock if no one gritted for a week or two. We'd have cars falling of the road all day everywhere.

Maybe you should do that, and call it natural selection - doing your bit for darwin.

Here here Exclamation Round here are a lot of major routes but loads of back roads through farm land and plenty of ups and downs I know all the roads arn't gritted but thats how it is, last snow I was doing fine until half way home from work and I got stuck in a bowl well I say I got stuck this is every prat was trying to wheel spin up them all and a 50 seat coach and they would get half way up and stop so I gave up went and had lunch in the cafe and they had all disapeared so I then just drove home I lost count of the abandoned and ditched cars.

shes just not dressed right for a streetfighter.. and smiling.. ;0)
i normally wear ripped jeans, a body armour top that can be worn on its own which is very good in summer. knuckle duster (kevlar knuckles) gloves, steel toe work boots... but dont have a simson(sp?) lid.. lol.. yet...

in winter.. the same as above but wind stoppers under jeans, buffalo gortex jacket and winter gloves.
