Re: New Winter Smoker
A friend of mine's boyfriend gave her a rough time and eventually cleared off to the Mainland with her car that she was paying for on Finance, leaving her to make the payments. After a lot of hassle she eventually got it back.
So for payback she put him on a Gay dating site. Bit of a "bum trick" but she thought it was a good payback.

Re: New Winter Smoker
Just turned 70k miles, and its had 2 previous owners who were husband and wife, now RIP. Was always garage kept and no expense spared maintained. From a nice big house in a pretty well off area of Cheshire.
1 wheel has a little bit of kerbing, the rubber trim above the doors is perishing, there is a scratch on the passenger rear door, and a small crease of the drivers rear door.
Just MOT'd it and it flew though, and most of the lower arms and upper arms have already been replaced. Brakes have been done recently.
But I did have to put 4 tyres on it They are 255/35/18 on the rear and 235/45/18 on front, and I put the proper Dunlop SP sport decent tyres on it. You could buy a Hijet for a set of tyres for it!!
I no longer drive a Hijet either.... my new work horse is this:-
2006 1.8 tdci with 45k miles and 1 owner from new. The guy has seat covers on it the day he bought it, and he has retired a while back but never sold the van.
