hijet 1300 efi none starting

hello can any one help i have a hijet 1300 efi and it has no spark any ideas ived changed the ecu still no spark thank you

obviously there is shit loads it could be Does the 1300 still have a dizzy if so is it pluged in, is the rotor still in one piece has the cap broken and are all the leads plugged in properly and daft one you are earthing the plug to the engine when testing to make a curcuit

it is a late one with coil pack there is power to the coils but it not firing in to spark thank you

Right the coil discharges (sends spark to plug) when the power stops is the dizzy rotor spinning?

i have just found whats up with it the camshaft has snapped

Where has it snapped? and has it seized up.
