Intermittent Brake loss?? Empty Intermittent Brake loss??

My brake pedal goes down to the floor intermittently. No loss of fluid and no hoses appear to be damaged. Anyone have any ideas?

I did think for a minute it was worse in reverse but I think it might be a coincidence.

Master cylinder seals sha66ed is the most likely cause. Crying or Very sad

I'm going to get some bits off a breaker next week so might grab the master cylinder and vacuum unit just incase.

I agree master cylinder is the most likely suspect I had the same problem on my Yam SRX6 and it caused along with a prat doing a U turn a broken leg.
