Brothers and sisters, I have indeed done a bad, bad thing. I have cheated on my Hijet with another van.  I really don't know what came over me, but on a whim I sold my gorgeous little Hijet last week and bought a monstrous great VW LT35 camper.

I miss the Hijet!  I don't like the VW.....and their forums are truly boring Sad

If you ever thought a Hijet was not fast enough, try driving a lump like the LT35; it wants to be in 5th gear at about 35mph and tops out at 55mph or 60 if you can live with the noise.  Can't keep up with traffic and drives like a true tractor.

As for the looks, what do people see in VW's?  The Hijet is one of the best looking things on the road (that is the 993 not the uglier 1300 IMHO).

I reckon I'll be looking for another Hijet soon.

Forgive me people!!!

Why oh why oh why? There must be mitigating reasons surley? I once looked at a VW T25... Then came to my senses and eventually bought a 993 Hijet...now happy.

My cousin has one of those on his drive...in pieces. The torment it will give you is your penance for selling your 'jet.

Though I did have a 2000 reg LT from new that went like the proverbial...
