so, i bought my 2nd hijet a 1.0L 3 pot, was a non runner but we are in the process of sorting that lol, going to be my daily driver/camper, might fit the 1.3 from my other hijet

it;s fery clean inside and is a low mileage

Looks a lovely tidy little van. But  forget about swopping engines Ryan.  There is absolutely no point of even THINKING about it.
If you want a 1300 then buy one in the first place. None  of you ever bother to think this through.
Firstly the radiator and WHOLE COOLING SYSTEM is totally different.  Wiring loom is totally different, subframe  and mounting are different as are gear linkage, handbrake cable, the rear gearbox cover and hole in the  rear floor pan is much larger, the whole engine, gearbox and Propshaft - -  shall I go on?  It is a  non starter and to me a total waste of time money and energy.
Your very tidy three cylinder should stay that way. Its worth a lot more in original condition. Tidy 993's fetch good money. Keep it that way and treasure it.
