Hijet 1300 16v EFI Van For Sale

After 3 years of loyal service it's time for me to say good bye to my trusty Hijet.
It's a 1998 December S Reg. 84k miles, Tax end Nov, Mot till Nov 23rd.
The Cylinder Head was skimmed and Head Gasket renewed by main dealers (£521 Invoice to prove) May 2010 so No Overheating
The timing belt & tensioner renewed April 2010
Brand new Radiator 2009. Alternator refurbed last year
New Wheel Cylinders and back shoes just before last Mot
All tyres including spare in good condition, 2 brand new about 9 months ago.
Engine in good condition and very nippy, even with a full load in the back.
I have never had and as far as i can tell there as never been any welding done to this van, so it is all solid.
The bad points are, The rear tailgate struts are weak, but i have 2 spare sets.
The near side loading door needs the catches adjusting and/or could possibly do with a new top runner, but it is still useable.
Though the bodywork is solid with no major rust or problems there are some surface rust spots. I preped some of them on the rear with a view to respraying those panels,but i never got round to the final spray and some of the rust spots are starting to re-appear after 2 years of leaving it in primer. I still have the paint if you are handy with a spray gun. I also have a spare White Tailgate with clear window to throw in.
It as been serviced regularly, the last time 2 months ago.
There is a new set of front pads, unfitted because i didn't need them.
I am only selling because i need the space. If i had the space i would not be selling.
I recommend you view this van because the pictures do not do it justice.
I'm looking for £500 for it. Giving you guys and gals first dibs before its off to fleabay.

Is the back bumper in crack free condition and also the back light clusters?

Hello mate, the milage is 84,430 it will go up cause i'm using it daily.
The rear lights and bumper are fine.
I added another reversing light as well. Same type as the Fog light and mounted the same underneath but on the nearside opposite the Fog on the offside.
The original "1 candle power" light was a waste of space.
