Don't think it's in the UK....
After zooming-in and looking at the wipers on the cars in the background, all the cars are left-hand drive.
And....it's got....... 5 stud wheels .

Re: A lot of truck for your money
god I thought I was the only one that would like that, I can't work out how to do a link for the site.
It is for sale in Germany, a company called Pfau convert the Hijet's and Porters for local councils etc. If they have 5 stud wheels they are good for 2500kg

Piaggio Porter S85 1.3 ORIG.PFAU/ LKW/ 1.HAND/KIPPER/4x4 as Off-road Vehicle/Pickup Truck in Lauf a.d. Pegnitz

Re: A lot of truck for your money
Whilst i like it, the fact it still has the sliding door runners is amazing, i just cant see why? Its obviously now on a seperate chassis, has had a shit load of bodywork & engineering, to do exactly what a Tranny crewcab tipper would straight out the box?

Loads of engineering, they are thousands new
As for why, more than likely the same reason I use them, Width, you can drive down footpaths with them,
