Bikes?
How about a mini a proper one made in England not the German ones they wouldn't fit

To heavy Rich.
I've rang about this and tried for a deal, but it sounds like he's been offered pretty much the asking price.
This sort of machine attracts dreamers though, so I've said I'll ring back next week.

Kawazaki gear boxes are so crap, they might as well be made of cheese and chewing gum.

Re: ZX9r powered recovery truck!
Kwaks are for paupers who can't afford Yamaha's and Honda's.
Poor quallity cheap imitations
At least we agree that Hardly Dangerouses are a pile of junk, I think they are all about image and stupidity.

Re: ZX9r powered recovery truck!
I thought you had more credibility than this.
Hopefully it's just another one of your deals.

Re: ZX9r powered recovery truck!
Plus I think your QR code logo and that Hardly Dangerous are fully incompatible.
Re: ZX9r powered recovery truck!
That looks a lot like W&F front fender and wide fatboy rear wheel conversion plus 70222-96a chrome swith gear and harley chrome and rubber grips with drag speciality bars w/risers don't recognise the rear fender and I recon it started out as a softail standard.

The front wheel is an after market product and if it is chrome don't rub your hand over it they come in show chrome which usually fell off in the box before it got to the dealer and if not then was a waiting booby trap for unexpecting valeters.

Re: ZX9r powered recovery truck!
Whoever bought it will be in for a surprise, I noticed there was no mention of a reverse gear in the Ebay listing.

He also tried to tell me on the phone that he sold the last bike engined hijet for £3500
And this one was almost finnished, just needed the brakes bleeding and a few little bits
So seeing as he's claiming to be a garage that does this for a living, why not spend a day on it and increase its value by £2600
Then I mentioned that this one might be complex to MOT because the V5 says its a diesel, and he said he doesn't worry about that because his mate just MOT's them.
And he said he builds bike engined mini's, and I asked him if he IVA's them. He said yes legally they need to be IVA'd, but they don't bother.
Re: ZX9r powered recovery truck!
Its like most things, what you do for yourself should be different than for a customer. My mate had a MK2 Zodiac shell welded onto aGranada Scorpio floorpan, if it was IVA'd it wouldnt be tax exempt.

Re: ZX9r powered recovery truck!
It's got no airbox on it either, so could suck any old s**t into the carbs!
At least it's got the ZX9R clocks mounted in the middle of the dash.
I do think it looks good though, it would have been better with a standard 1300 Hijet lump in it.
Would look cool with a bike strapped on the the back!
