Handbrake button Empty Handbrake button

Post by kavekom Sun Jul 31, 2011 9:00 am

For goodness sake! I just totally rebuilt my 1989 Hijet engine, put it back together, oil leaks, water leaks, heater not working. Well sorted all that, pretty happy, then off pops the handbrake release button
with a piece missing but with the spring. I have managed to manipulate it back, in but it takes forever. Does anyone have a clue on this? Please. It's hard down here in Tassie, I reckon that there would be lucky to be half a dozen Hijets on the island. Thanks.
