classic sign of not enough power reaching the starter motor. Have you checked the 2 thinner wires coming from the positive battery terminal?

Shocked  well the engine was seized. after spraying wd40 into and onto every cog plug hole and almost everything else the engine is now free,, i'll put the spark plugs back in tomorrow (if the weather is ok  lol) and see if it will fire up .. if you hear a loud bang and crunch it might be this way lolol... Very Happy

How long has it been stood?

How long have you owned it?

What happened on the last time it ran?

hi  HJ Very Happy
its been standing in a garage for 10 months
i know the previous owner and bought it knowing there was a engine issue
basically it just stopped coming down a hill and could not get it restarted . ther was no loud engine noise no crunch it just stopped .and was put in a garage ,
the last time i know it was used was 10 months ago since then its sat in a garage
i have taken the sump off had a look up and it looks fine ,the cam belt is on .
2001 minibus  it has a piaggio engine in  ( no plugs in it at the moment)

Take the rocker cover off and see if the whole camshaft turns when you turn the crank pulley.

A fair few have snapped their cam shafts.
