Can anyone help me please? I have a "X" reg 1.3 hi jet efi with a seized engine. I have aquired another engine from a 2004/5 model hijet/piaggio. Are there any changes between the engines which I should be looking out for i.e sensors added, additional air pipes etc. I am grateful for any help you guys can supply.

The post 2004 will have an EGR valve. with a slightly different inlet manifold.

Also the injectors are different.

Keep your original inlet manifold and everything is cool.

Thanks Highly Jetted. I did notice the exorbitant amount of vaccuum pipes, diaphrams and additional electronics. Smile Also the lambda has a different connection (4 pin instead of my old 2 pin) so swapped it over aswell Smile Now just gotta remember where all these pipes go LOL!!!
