Sliding windows Empty Sliding windows

Wife has a Fiat Doblo and the sliding windows are very stiff to push/ pull open. Wondering if there is anything I can spray into the slides (rubber ) to ease them.

I found that jet washing the sliders and applying some silicon spray helped , also make sure the drain holes are not blocked .

Best of luck

I've used ptfe spray with great results. U can also try rubbing a candle down the runners , cheap but effective .
