damn, even the vans for breaking are shinier than mine  

I think its too good to break personally.

It's an easier buck to make by sorting the overheating out, then dealing with selling lots of parts.

I agree with HJ but if going then I'm all for keeping others on the road alittle longer.

what lpg system is it? my tank is leaking thinking i may replace, mines a cylinder tank on the prinns system

Just a thought. Are you absolutely sure that your tank is leaking?

If the multivalve fails it will no longer be able to maintain the required 20% expansion space and will fill completely. In that case if the gas expands it will vent to atmosphere. Could that be the problem?

A guesstimate is about £120 fitted. Could be less though.

Yes, prinns, should be the same as yours, will get it off and check the condition for you

yes its defo the tank, i posted some pics somewhere on here of the leak, its rusted through on the bottom must have been a bit of dodgy powder coating as it rusted underneath it
just need to work out how id get another one fitted, the brackets look pretty rusted so dont think they will be useable if i can get them off and as i know nothing about lpg would probably need to find someone to fit it which may be too much of a task!

ive just found a garage that services prinns systems so ill give them a ring in the week and see what they say..

Fat lot of use that is Dinoh. I have got to stir my aching body now an go and
find a map and see where you mean. Some people have just got no consideration for the Elderly.

Not that I would come up all that way but just curios as to where you reside.

No didn't get involved with that project dinoh. I was too busy down here building
the Roman Villa at Brading in 55 BC. I built the underground heating system for
them you young whippersnapper. 

i used the link that eddie posted in a different thread, drive lpg, they have a bit wher you can find garages that service lpg, just look down the list for your conversion, clickon it, then it opens up a list of area... you get the jist, dont know how much help they will be but worth a try i guess :-)

Have come to life again!!! I've had a good look at the site now and found
the Dealer we used on Romahome down in Poole and also three more
in the Portsmouth area.
Phone will be red hot Monday morning asking loads of questions.
Great stuff Daisy. Will be a tremendous source of useful info for all of us
with LPG Hi-Jets and I have eight with LPG.

Sorry Daisy, pulled the tank off and its the same size as the one I offered you before, Ive checked another and that too is the same as mine so yours may have been replaced in the past

hmm, what was the size of the last one?! was it the bigger one?
