joint of drive shaft worn Empty joint of drive shaft worn

front joint of the drive shaft is up for replacement. Does anyone know if it is possible to buy (and then ofcourse replace) the joint only? I contacted this piaggo parts shop here in holland but they told me that they could only sell me a complete shaft at 370€.
Anyone experience with this stuff?

Probably but you may be better off at a motor factors and get one on exchange that way all the joints are reconditioned and you may even get a warranty.

Do you have any firms locally who can repair or even make drive shafts? That would probably be the cheapest option.

Motor factors are car spares shops rather than the main dealer.
