window mech Empty window mech

hi folks passenger window mech has finally packed in, had a look and the bottom leg of the mech is bent/twisted, god knows how this happened, seen a few on e-bay, most spare parts are from a different year mine's 99 v, does anybody know if the mechs have changed that much, seen one from a p reg, would it fit pic looks the same/ similar...... bones 851
