Dash Brake light on
mine popped on for a minuet just as i pulled up outside my bike shop. opened the brake res to check the level while engine was on & the light went off... fluid level was between the lines 1/2.. but i did top it up a smidge with DOT4 from the bike shop.. no light on the drive home inc after i locked the brakes up with a noob not indicating on a roundabout!
anything i should be keeping an eye on?...
the fluid level looked the same to when i bought the van a month ago..

Re: Dash Brake light on
Normally its just the fluid level, which can indicate the pads/shoes are wearing thin unless you have a leak.
If you have topped it up, beware when you put new pads in as it may overflow when you squeeze the calipers back.
I'm sure you know all this.

only topped up in case it was just fluid levels..
no new pads....yet... i do have a full set for all round when i had that yellow one.. kept them & put them in the shed.
next weekend i do plan to do some work to the van & i'll take a look at pads while i have the front wheels off.
