Hey you what's that sound?..... Engine noise!

Someone may have had this problem on here before .
First it's A 1300 hce hijet.
When the engine is cold in the morning I've got a wuring sound
Coming from the engine when first started and eases of after about 3 mins
. It dose it stationary or moving. Make no difference if clutch is in or out,
Things I've ruled out so far are water pump ,altornator and cam belt
Tenioner roller.
Sounds like a dry bearing almost . And seem to disappear after revs go above 3.5k
ish.

How did you rule out cam belt and tensioner. One of mine makes a wuring wizzing noise and It's the alternator belt.

I changed the belt and tensioner a couple of months after
It started to do it . It makes the noise without the alternator belt
On thus ruling out alternator n water pump.
