hijet 4x110 wheel adapters
Found this site through my North American minitruck site......I have a 1992 hijet 4wd 660cc..I have done a bunch of mods to it..My biggest problem was finding 110 pcd wheels as the stock 12'' are a tad low rent I had a bunch of sets of adapters made up that convert the 110 pattern to 4x100...allows the use on many modern aluminum rims..I'm currently using Honda vx superlightweights with 175/70/13s..any one wanting a set I think that I can get you a set of 4 including P&P for around $170 USD..I have been trying to post a photo but can't get the hang of it ?? here is a link to 1 of my current ebay auctions in Canada,so you can see pics and details http://cgi.ebay.ca/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=180462194499&ssPageName=STRK:MESELX:IT

Hi
Ignore my question in the other topic?? just found your answer about the wheel spacers. Think $150 work's out about £90?? not bad.
Your ad states these are for hijet's before '98, why's that?, luckily mine is a '98. Also the stubs would have to be cut down as i measured mine at 25mm.

I listed as hijets before 1998 as the vehicles we get here were all 4x110 pcd pre 1998 and 4x100 afterwards...I think in Europe the hijet was liscensed to piaggio to build after 1995 or so and is still the older design..I'm not 100% sure on this so I may be wrong (as my gf says I am ) I cut my studs down as well and then used blue locktit threadlocker as well...been on my truck for 4 months with a lot of overloaded hauling and no problems

mmm, but not sure about 15mm of ally holding my wheels on though, the countersinks where you bolt onto your original hubs arent that deep they look to be about 5-8 mm deep. I personally will look to make them out of steel, little heavier but alot more trusting, especailly with all the pot holes on the roads these days, after a few heavy knocks they could become worn and then loose.

I drive mine every day,on and off road...have put almost 4000 miles on them since they were installed and they are fine...I also have hauled tons of heavy loads including a 70 mile trip with 1500 lbs of weight in the back..again no problems
