no heat coming from heater

hi everyone i have just brought a 993 hijet last week and have found i have no heat coming out of the heater all the fan speeds work ok but only cold air comes out im not loosing any coolant so i havnt got a clue

all help is appreciated a very cold smurff

The heater matrix could be blocked, or the heater valve seized. You've filled the cooling system as per the instructions? If you run the engine with the rubber bleed cap off, do you get coolant out?
