1.0efi cb42 help

I have a cb42 and took the head off to replace gasket fee things I would like to ask .
1 setting up the timing on the rebuild how do i do that what marks etc?
2 do I reuse the old head bolts if not where do I get the new ones from and what's the torque setting for them?
3 what's the adjustment for the valve springs ?

Looking forward to getting it all sorted and hopefully meeting a few jetters when I'm sorted
