Re: Fancy a new look front end?
Why is it Britain never seems to get any of the nice style Hi-Jets that the Continental countries seem to enjoy. We get the left overs and in the case of Valeo Left Hand Dip Headlights we couldn't get any before the Porter's were even finished being imported here.
So seeing that that lovely modern front end and pretty Headlights I thought how much nicer one of those kits would look on my MPV. BUT I started thinking how much would those Headlights cost to buy considering that when Valeo stopped making the old 1300 ones, Daihatsu were charging £500 per Headlight but at the same time there were Motor Factors in Italy selling them when I joined the Forum in February 2013 for €45 plus carriage from Italy.

Might just drop them a line and find out more details. Certainly very tempting project that I could do at home now that my Garage Premises got Roasted. Just need to find out the final figures.

My guess is that it is economies of scale.
Much more popular vehicles in Italy for Market gardeners and the like

Re: Fancy a new look front end?
Talking to Raggy this morning he brought up an interesting point about the Headlights in that kit would of course be RH Dip. Dohh!! Course they would be.
Obviously there are a few of us countries that do still drive on the left but you would have to buy another pair of LH Dip Headlights at a dramatic price no doubt.
Just changed my mind. I will put up with the existing front and stick 4 of the Modern Mini Cooper Chrome Spotlights on instead - if I can find the pictures of them on the front of mine. Oh flipping hell, there is no Apps Bar
above the box. Writing this on my phone. Sony Z3 Dual Sim.. I am sure I have sent pictures from either of these phones before. Just my luck.

Hi guys I wanted to point out that you can also mount it on vehicles with driving on the right. Just adjust the headlights from the scooter. And very simple. Just to say it:). If I can put you some pictures. But I sermbra very hard.
