dashboard fix

Hi guys picking my hijet up Saturday and well I want to give it a modern look the dash looks all dull and scrachs is there anything I could get to cover it ?

Thought about flocking it (look it up on google)? or a material finish?

I know a guy that does flocking.
I'm sure if you posted the dash and plastics, he would flock it all in any colour you want for about £200.
