Rapidly Flashing Check Engine Light EF-SE(S210)

hello all, i cam across a problem where my check engine light is flashing rapidly and i am not in test mode. it happened when i tried to perform initial learning which i suppose wasn't required at all. I downloaded the manual uploaded by HIGHLYJETTED and translated it what ever i could or needed through google translator. It explained the initial learning process as follows
"Computer initialization , re- learning I follow the instructions below .
1 to IG ON. ( Engine does not start)
2.
(1). T terminal short circuit ,
(2 ) . Headlight switch ON,
(3 ) . Heater blower switch ON,
( 4) hold Full throttle
more than the four conditions for more than 10 seconds .
3. release all of the above four conditions , to IG OFF.
4. After older than 3 seconds after IG OFF, it is passed by IG ON least 3 seconds . ( System initialization , learning completion )"

when i performed this procedure MIL started flashing rapidly, vehicle is running fine with no issues but flashing MIL is a headache. If any one has any idea about this issue please help me; i am uploading the translated manual here for any one who may need it.

Similar to the procedure for a Brazilian T2 (not a new haircut!) but turn off the ignition before releasing throttle.

flashing quickly usually means no fault codes on daihatsu's
