Lost reverse, 5th gear & reverse light

Last Sunday I changed the clutch on the van, when we dropped the gearbox we didn't spot the reverse sensor was still connected & wires got ripped apart. I did solder them back on/recrimp & it was all working fine till today. I can get home once everyone behind me move so I can push van back to get out a village car park at an event!
Is there anything else I need to look at that we might have missed?
Woody/HJ I did try to call/text but I have shockingly shit signal where I'm stuck!

Sorted, it was a metal cloud than holds the 5th& reverse linkage in place under the van

Nope!! Just the metal clip that that holds the gear selector cable in place in the bracket on top of the gearbox had decided to go for flying lessons.
