Urgently looking for a engine for my daughters hijet tipper 1200 diesel year 1997

Hi My daughter has just started up a small equine business and to help her she brought a little Diahatsu 1200 diesel pickup that was ideal for getting in and out of the paddocks. unfortunately he had not been looked after as she was told and now needs a new engine can anybody help?

Pete what makes you sure it needs a new engine?

I had a garage look at it and they told me that it needed a new engine as all the insides Big End etc. were no good. I have since heard from woody who has one for me.

And yes I can still just about carry a1600 Grand Move lump. Mind you I am struggling with this darn Diesel engine. Flipping awkward to get even my massive Bear Traps round it!!
