Hello Small Van World. Floppy Mirrors? Empty Hello Small Van World. Floppy Mirrors?

Hi I am new to the world of micro vans. I own a fleet of vehicles ranging from big wagon and drag trucks down to the little 'Wombat Van'
I am like many others have an overheating van due to a newly replaced sticking thermostat and now look forward to the the unenviable task of bleeding the system! More over, how do you guys cure the floppy mirror syndrome?

Drill a small hole through the whole mirror/ball assembly and drop in a self tapper!

I have bike mirrors on mine which look kind of Shrekky! I am still deciding if I like them but they do work.
