NEW fuel cap

Anyone know where to get a NEW fuel cap.

Mine is leaking straight out of the key hole and I have not been able to dismantle it to have a look. Well, not without possibly breaking it. Not a good idea.

I want new because a second hand one could either have the same problem or develop it in time.

There are Piaggio Porter caps on the 'bay' 1995 model - are they the same I wonder?

All the Hijet /Porter fuel caps fit each other.

So I would buy it if I needed one,

And as it's ebay, if it won't fit tell them and get your money back.

Just claim you have a 1995 Piaggio Porter!!

And if it all turns out great make sure you post back up on here.

The next best option is ordering a genuine one form Holland for like £50 or something stupid.

Well Logi, they recon the PLC6101 fuel cap also fits the VW Golf ?!

I can't make head nor tail of the measurements, I have just measured my fuel cap and the filler neck, and I'm non the wiser as the numbers advertised seem to have nothing to do with what I can see.

Got one to fit a Polo from my local factors, not even close. Cured the prob tho, bought this van, it doesn't have a leaky cap
