That's not what they said 2 weeks ago....
Was advertised as a non-runner/mot fail & had no information to what it failed on. I was considering phoning the number decals on the van to ask.

If they have already put it through an MOT and got a fail sheet, I think that seller is on a fine line.
You could buy the van, then find out it's been and MOT failure on the Vosa website
Then take them to court for:-
Fraud by failing to disclose information: S3 Fraud Act 2006

Read above to my comments.... It IS a MOT failure.
BUT they didn't know what it had failed on...., I was tempted to phone the number on the drivers door & ask....

The vosa website lists the failures and advisories and is free to use

Mot check only works if you have Reg & mot reference
