Question for Future Work on my New Van? Empty Question for Future Work on my New Van?

Post by craig2859 Fri Mar 01, 2013 1:06 pm

Well I have had a good look around and there are a few changes I think I would like to do:

1. 12V Cigarette Charger Socket [I presume there is none], to use for Tom Tom / Phone Charger
2. Possible renew / replace roof lining
3. Steering Wheel change [Are there other wheels that fit?]

Has anyone done any of the above and have some further info possibly?

I can't seem to find that much on the forum, but maybe I am not looking in the right place ?

If you use the search facility (under MICRO VAN OWNERS, top of page, and enter steering wheel you'll find lots about that. Not sure if there's much on headlinings on here, and my '95 and '98 vans both have lighter sockets (by the ashtray) so I'm surprised yours hasn't.

Steering wheels:-

There should already be a fag lighter socket next to the ash tray, but easily added.

Roof lining are an arse in every car! Best bet is to not look up.

To search:-

Click search menu at the top
Click Advanced Search
Type "I want to search for bums etc" in the box
Click on Google search button at the side
