Indicator lights suddenly stopped working Empty Indicator lights suddenly stopped working

After replacing the front indicator units, the indicator lights suddenly stopped working. However, if I use the hazard light switch they do work. Does anyone have any idea how to solve this problem?

Sounds like a ground issue on one or both of the units.
