What size bore should the exhaust be on the 1.0 hijet as I think mine got the wrong size on thanks rob

Unless you have got a home-made exhaust system on your van, then it is dictated by the Manufacturer of the system. In the hundreds of Hi-Jets I have broken up I can't say that I have noticed much of a difference in O/D of the pipe and it is literally a few millimetres.

Puzzled as to why you are that much concerned about the diameter of the pipe.
