Side Door Rollers

Hi
Has anyone got a fix for worn side door rollers. My Hijet side door hinge roller bearings on both sides are well worn and could do with replacing. Are repair kits available or is a complete hinge set the only option?

Great fix. Did a bit of asking around and found a multi fix shop that had these bearings, used for skateboards and the like apparently. My doors now slide shut like they are brand new.
