Hijet 1000, overheated. Oil in coolingsystem
Hi all, today my hijet overheated. Coolingfluid is black from oil and feels dirty and muddy. Car still drives great, what to do? Clean coolant and drive or fix headgasket?

I would say fix head gasket, changing coolant is not going to solve anything, will just end up back where you started...with same question! Christmas not a good time for it to happen but better fixed now than bodge it and end up with an even bigger problem.

I will start repairing in a minute, problem should be a leak between coolingchannel and oilchannel, im going to remove the head and bring it for a checkup under pressure and straightness, when the head is still good i will prder a headgasket and drivebelt and fix the engine good for a long time.
