no ignition lights wont start

Hi everyone,

Hi Jet 1300 efi 16v 2002,

just changed the headlights side lights as mine were corroded, everything works fine, as in interior lights, headlights, hazards lights, ive come to start the van and nothing! no lights on the dash nothing, had the lights out again to see if id trapped a wire cant see anything
checked all the fuses with a meter all ok stumped ??

any idea's please

2 wee wires at the battery terminals, check them, they corrode, pretty well documented.

Is that the same on the 1.0 as well or is that just specific to the 1.3?

Very definately the same on the 1.0. You may need to look just forward of the battery box to find the problem if it's not visible from inside.
