sliding door adjustment Empty sliding door adjustment

Hello,this is my first posting.as a new owner of a 1.3 Hi-jet,I wanted to ask if there is anybody who has any experience of adjusting the sliding doors?I have changed the bearing on the middle hinge,which has made using the door easier,but there are still gaps at the front and back,any ideas? Thanks.
