I have - He has sadly declined due to retirement & poor postal services on the Island. He was my first port of call.

Re: Front Strut Assemblies
No don't be daft. Sorry but you can't get rid of me that easy. I have in my mind last week bought the last Hi-Jet for breaking and of all things it was another Diesel. But a lot of useful spares including a near new set of Daihatsu Wheel Covers which always tidies up a sales vehicle.
Mark wanted a GOOD pair of front struts, but I just didn't have any. Loads of them for stripping down for the Springs or Top Mounts but none that I could sell as very good condition.
As some of you know, I have been operating the used spares side of Matt's Website but I have come to the point where I just can't find the time to run that and get all the Hi-Jets I want to sell up together ready to sell as there is a lot of money lying about in stock at my yard and home.
PLUS I have now bought six Grand Moves purely for the 1600 engines but will hopefully recoup some of my money selling parts for them on Flea Bay or Gumtree. Then in the warmer weather I want to get on with my first 1600 Hi-Jet Pickup and then a Van. So yes I will still be around but I WILL use a different number for all on the Forum and my lovely number of 0786 303030 9 will be turned off to get some peace.
I have had a chat with Matt about it and he is cool about it so I will probably carry on until my Official Retirement in March which is only another 7 weeks away!! What a scary thought. 65!!!

Re: Front Strut Assemblies
Thank you Waz. I appreciate your comments greatly I can always rely on you to be kind and very complimentary. You are a good man . Same goes for PFM too. There are plenty others in the Forum whom I hold in great esteem too.
We are so lucky that the wonderful Forum Leopard Pagan set up a few years ago has such good kindly members.
But where would we be without Matt's brilliance and total dedication to the Forum. We wouldnt have a Forum without Matt so heartfelt thanks to you Matt for all you do so selflessly for so many of us.
A for a party Peter, I am intending going to Malta for three weeks to catch up with long lost missed friends and coming back the week I get my two Monthly Pension Cheques.
Then I will TRULY BE A PENSIONER OF RETIREMENT AGE and then reality will set it. I am now OFFICIALLY A HAS-BEEN.
But I will still be pottering about coz thats what Old Fogies are supposed to do.
