Well wonders never Cease!!

After two months of advertising the previously mentioned "S" reg 104,000 mile boiled up, head gasket leaking, totally brown water stained engined Hi-Jet Pickup at £600 that I offered £200 for because it had two perfect headlights.
Yesterday I saw them again and offered £350 but was told that they were in no hurry to sell it but I left my card again. Someone in the background muttered that he would rather it went to the scrapyard than let it go for under £500.

Well he didn't get his wish I am glad to say.
I got a call from one of the Directors today to say that they had accepted my offer of £350.
Patience is a virtue - - - got there in the end. Picking it up in the morning. Overpriced but got me some more headlights. Better than Gold Bars.

I have had more than my fair share over the years I am ashamed to say whilst married to my first wife poor woman. She didn't deserve it.
