EFI 1.3 wheels

Hi all,

I recently bought a 1.3 (1998) from Barnsley. Drove it all the way up to Aberdeen and I have to say what an experience!!! I had my doubts I would actually make it up the road but I did. The engine light seemed to come on when I braked and I've noticed that I have two small oil leaks by the looks of it but I'm gonna put it down to the garage on Monday to get it serviced.

I was looking through the forum in relation to alloys for the hijet. Is there any alloys that can simply be put on without any modifications to them. I notice on Ebay there are loads of 12" mini wheels. Can 13" alloys be put on? If someone could confirm the position I'd be ever so grateful.

PS no doubt I'll be back to ask 101 questions!!

ford/pug 108pcd wheels fit with wobbly nuts you have to be careful of offset though. Or if you speak/read japanese there's some awesome wheels on the japanese auction sites.

Forget the wheels, I've just had my hijet in the garage and apparently its gonna cost £1600 to repair!!!! Not bad for being told it was mechanically sound New clutch, front shocks, gasket, fan switch to name but a few things. It could be that there are a few more bits to come in the "for sale " section soon.

OH and to add to that none of my lights are now working??
