typical stiff throttle

are stiff throttles normal with these vans?
my last one was, this one is.. just today it was getting annoying pulling away slowly..

mines like that, adjusted the cable when first got it was a bit better for a while

Undo the cable at the pedal end and the throttle end and get some oil down it.
Just like a bike cable they suffer a lack of routine maintenance.

I have one if those fancy cable oiler clamp thingeys for the bike & never used it!
