Ebay Trade Sellers Rant

Is anybody else getting pissed off with ebay trade sellers, they are filling pages with the same items, Don't want to block trade sellers, buy it now offers, new or used , just would like ebay to offer us the chance to block sellers items
Example
Search Scissor lift
2,544 items
1616 items all the same from bs-motoparts-uk

i have found ebay harder to use last month or so.. the seraches are not coming up with what they should, too much international stuff..
cant refine searches like before..
i do use:
Scissor lift -craft -paper -weights etc etc.. it does still cut the crap out!
ebay is changing.. for the worse!
