hello new owner here !!

Hi I have bought scott from N.I.s Hijet and he told me about this site,it is now in the highlands of scotland and i love it!!!,but finding it hard to get parts as i can see from this forum is a problem,it will need to be mot,ed in oct. and for this i will need 2 rear door handels,a driverside headlight and a driverside mirror also one of the trims is missing from the top of the wheel arch (a black half moon shape) will i need one for mot ?,I have not seen one other hijet up here, the kids and i love it husband is comeing around slowly !!! took it out one windy day!!,great to have a place to come for info....holy-foley

most hijet handles are broken, depending on how they are broken if they can be bodged/fixed. there is a thread on how to do that in the work shop bit...
hedlights from ebay, maybe even trim....

Hi and welcome the trim isn't needed for MOT so long there are no sharp edges.

thankyou for the replys my husband is going to have a look at the handles,found some on ebay hes wanting £15 each, its from a hijet van waiting to hear back from him,if any of ye see a driver side headlight could ye let me know as mine is all discolored so wont pass,have a while before haveing to replace them so hopefuly will find some good deals!!.we got snow on the hills today up here!! thankyou again

trim..... if you cant find any, can you cheat with motorcycle screen trim? comes in all sorts of colours!
