Fuel range 1.3 efi
drove 200 miles yesterday & full tank did 150miles.
first 50 were hilly, corners, roundabouts (bikers paradise). then last 150 were motorway 65-70 mph
i do 450 miles a week commuting.. dont mind filling up twice a week.
doesnt help that the fuel gauge is up the creek... full tank shows half, but does drop to E then fuel light comes on
just wondering what you lot get from yours on average..

On a run I used to do 200 miles then fill up, the gauge would be just above the the empty mark but I think still had 20 to 30 miles in the tank

About the same here and if I'm on a long run across the country, maybe even a few more miles out of the tank.
I tend to get about 25 litres in it every time as it's about £34 a visit. So that's about 5.5 gallon.
I think I could run it lower - but being a bit of a wobbly gauge when you get low it's all a bit dodgy. I did run out of fuel in my old one once
200 miles is a good steady average, although went I went to hull (150 miles each way) and back I did it on about a tank and a quarter.
On my regular week its more like 160 miles as I've been thrashing it down the back road short cuts to college, mates houses and jobs - very heavy right footed nailing it in every gear and going to the very end of the speedo on the long straights. This is why I like Hijets, you can rag the hell out of them and still get pretty economical fuel bills.

Will see what this week holds for mileage. Still got to work this morning in good time/coffee/Internet & was only doing 60 most of it.

I usually fill up after 200ish miles, but I stick to 50-60mph most of the time( habit and I have a 1200cc bike to go fast on )
Must say though this one doesnt seem as good on fuel as tge last one.

I managed 244 miles on a single tank with my 1ltr, though the vast majority was motorway and dual carriageway and I kept a solid 55 mph pretty much all the way. It was Exeter to Carmarthen avoiding the severn toll, with a little shortcut through the forest of dean to miss out ross on wye, then back down to the M4 at newport and on. Lovely route.

Re: Fuel range 1.3 efi
I think the fuel gauge lies... Well I knew it did anyway...
Just on the E yesterday.. Want to fill up... 16ltrs.... Eh!!
Just been reading thru searches for 1.3 tank literage.... They hold 25 litres on average, I had more to go!
When I get time ( ).. I will have to get the tank off (tips?) & get the sender out.
