Cooling system mod: what do you think

I have an 1.0 efi and am thinking of changing the original radiator to the honda mod:



Then I was thinking, since the overflow can be connected from the new radiator to the coolant container. Is it wise to change the underseat filler cap pipe with a straight pipe and a bleeder screw, omitting the cap and the overflow.

I couldn't think of any drawbacks and the advantage is a part that is more wear proof.
But just to be sure, am I overlooking things?
