New oil seals Empty New oil seals

I am on the lookout for new oil seals for my 97 EFI hijet, specifically the front crank and front timing ones. If any one know where to get these from or some OEM numbers that would be a great help.

I cant help with the numbers (or where to get them)....


but if you've got the oil seal sizes, you should be able to buy alternatives easily enough....
probably cheaper as well....
