hijet no spark

1999 t reg hi jet 1300 efi
im a newbie bought it as a non runner discovered there was no cam sensor unit so found 1 of them 2nd hand is reading 200 + ohms so seems to be in order still got no spark I cant find a crank sensor or obd port all fuses seem ok unless there is hidden one found the fused box under the steering column also a 2 fuse block under glove box near ecu was hoping somebody on her could point me in the right direction the coils on it are the type that supply 2 plugs

Please describe exactly what happens, what you see, what you hear when you turn the key. We may be able to give more help that way otherwise could be one of a thousand things (May have exaggerated at the thousand!). If you can post a video.
