As some of you know my van has worked hard this summer End to End return NC 500 and another trip Edinburgh and back plus being our daily driver. Rolling Eyes 9000 miles since the last MoT. Shocked Today she passed her test Very Happy - 1 rusted brake pipe, small hole in the exhaust and an advisory because the disks are scored and pitted. Not surprising after some of the long descents in Scotland - and we have some steap hills here in Cornwall Wink
So we have another year - we hope!

That is always a great Tonic when that happens John. Much better when you add the Ice Cold Tonic and a slice of lemon. Talking of that, how is your wife?

I have had 3 of my 5 vehicles go through the Mot this year without so much as an advisory. Just got my MPV in November and my wife's Toyota Yaris Verso in December to be Mot'd.

I have while I was away in Bournemouth for a few days had a new clutch fitted and a new Cambelt kit and fan belt fitted by my local regular Garage in Bonchurch, supplied and fitted for £295 to my HI-JET MPV. That is what I call a bargain. Mind you I do put a lot of customers their way - including Raggy. Pays dividends in the long run.

Hi Woodie good to know things are going well for you too. I am doing a bit here and a wee bit there - at the moment waiting for my mate Tim who can weld to knock me up an extension to take the towbar under the well section. Then I can tow a small trailer - garden rubbish or the awning when we go away.
