Once you've looked in a hen's mouth and up a rocking horses arse you'll find one... Out of the many, many hard to find parts for the Hijet you have discovered the hardest next to good headlights.

Thanks.
I had a suspicion that getting this van for free as it 'ran a little bit hot' might not be the bargain it first appeared. Back to getting it repaired then.

Is there a thread where someone has been successful with 3D printing, or a business who offers 3D printing services ?

You can get plenty of good parts from the breakers listed on ebay. I've had excellent service from a breakers called R&R Motors recently

I have got several that didn't get roasted in the fire - remarkably. They lived in a cupboard upstairs in the Office/Tearoom. Email me on thehijetmaniow@gmail.com and have a haggle. Not letting one go for Peanuts though.
As Logi says they are Hens Teeth and other analogies.
And I definitely am not selling any of my Headlights for sure. Rarer than a literal New Zealand Kiwi Bird.
